It's your goal to achieve a high degree of quality in your remodeling project by staying within budget. Contractor's Bermuda's Triangle Rule: Staying within budget means that you should follow the contractor's Bermuda's triangle law.

Basically this law establishes that in any construction project there is (3) three equal sides that are the foundation of a successful completed construction project ( see figure A below). By default only a skilled and wise licensed contractor is capable of accomplish and comply with this law, otherwise one of the three equally side will be larger or shorten to which both situation are wrong.

Contractor's Bermuda's Triangle Rule's three equal sides are:
1- Quality
2- Money
3- Time
None of these sides are in any way shape or form prioritized on the other. Let me explain what happens when: If you shorten the Money side, the project then becomes, delayed, interrupted, dragged, hang back, cheap, thrifty and at it best disparage.
If you shorten Time side, then the project probably is handled by a 'Big-Ticketed Contractor', and becomes immoderate, high priced, costly, expensive, exorbitant, steep, premium, and again disparaged.
Thus, "You might as well flush it down (money) the toilet".
If you shorten the quality side, then the job becomes bad, inferior, poor, hot, irregular, crappy, disordered, lousy, valueless and at it best will be disparage.

The meaning of VALUE:
What you want it's Value. Yeah V-A-L-U-E. Sink in this deep inside your brain, and repeat with me, VALUE, yeah like that. That's what you want even if you didn't know, that's what you want.
